Lab 1: Poaching Pears


Q. How did you poach fruit?
A. You submerge fruit in simmering liquid.

Q. What did you consider when plating your dish?
A. I considered how nice it looked.

I think the lab went well but we were really crammed for time, also while we were washing dishes I dropped a plate and it shattered into literally a thousand pieces.
